It all began with a chocolate chip cookie.
It was a Thursday, a rainy Thursday, and Sonja felt a gnawing hunger in her stomach. Reaching into the cookie jar, she pulled out a delicious chocolate chip cookie. She took a bite, and the delicious, gooey cookie slid easily down her throat.
She took a second bite, and then a third. It was the most delicious cookie she had ever eaten.
She heard a knock on her door, but she ignored it.
The cookie was too good.

Well, there went that opportunity.
In the end it may have been a good thing.
Hmmm…Well, one never can tell, can one?
I guess not.
It was the milk man – but sadly she’ll never know.
What a bummer.
She should learn that you can’t have your cake and eat it.
That’s cake. The rules are very different with cookies. With cookies you can have the cookie and the milk and the milk man. That’s why cookies are the absolute best!
I can tell you speak from experience.
😂!
Also: you can’t eat your cookies and have your cake.
If you leave your cake long enough in the oven it’ll come out looking like a cookie. Some people obviously don’t know how to cook.
Good point. I hadn’t considered that.
Sometimes cookies are worth destroying your life over.
What even is life without cookies?
Nothing. It’s absolutely nothing.
Opportunity Missed, Nothing left to do but have another cookie. But remember Never toss your cookies. They might roll under the fridge
Stay well and Laugh
Good thoughts.
Good on her. I’d pick food over people any day.
It tastes better.
And no kuru involved.
I love a good chocolate chip cookie!
Don’t we all?
